Students at Norland College are expected to work hard learning how to care for, and look after, children. The students, in turn, can expect to receive a high level of care and support from the college.

A personal tutor is appointed to each student at the beginning of the course. The tutor is there to offer advice for any study-related, practical or personal problem that may arise.

One to one support, especially for those students with a specific learning difficulty, is available from the college's dedicated student support lecturer.

An independent and confidential counselling service is available to all students.

Norland College is a warm, caring and supportive environment in which to work hard and make new friends.
