How to Apply

To apply for the BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies or the Diploma in Childcare and Education please complete an application form by either downloading one from the here or applying online, please make sure you include or attach a covering letter.

If you wish to apply for the Foundation Degree, please contact us.

Each application is looked at individually and final selection is based on a combination of academic grades, childcare experience and performance at interview.

Please note, if you are applying for the BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies you do not need to apply through UCAS, simply apply directly to Norland College.

Application Deadlines

Applications are now being recieved for for entry in September 2012. We advise applicants to apply by the end of February 2012.

Interviews days for 2012 applicants will be held on:

• Tuesday 27 September 2011
• Tuesday 1 November 2011
• Tuesday 17 January 2012
• Tuesday 21 February 2012

Further dates will be added if necessary.

Offers will be made to successful applicants following all interviews.

A Pre-enrolment Day will be held on Saturday 31 March 2012 for all students who have accepted a place for September 2012.
