Fees

Norland College is an independent fee paying college

The two year Norland element of the training comprises of six terms over two years. The fees effective from 1 September 2010 are as follows:

BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies (Norland)
Years 1&2

Years 3&4 Approx. £1,660 per year
Diploma in Childcare and Education (DCE) Years 1&2 £3,688 per term plus supplementary fee of £189 per term (see below for details)
  • Fees are payable in full on or before the first day of term and can be made either by cheque, or direct to our bank account. If not paid, we reserve the right to charge interest of a base rate plus 2% per month or part thereof.
  • The college has arranged for an alternative payment option. Most people are well accustomed to paying other bills by direct debit and it seems only reasonable to make available similar arrangements for the payment of college fees. In this respect we have entered into an arrangement with HTC to administer a monthly direct debit collection scheme on our behalf. HTC is the trading style of Holmwoods Termtime Collections, a partnership between HSBC Insurance Brokers Ltd and Premium Credit Ltd. A competitive service charge will be made for this facility which will amount to 2.75% of the total to be funded and this is spread over a 4 month period. There is no long term commitment, since you can revert to paying in full on the first day of term at any time. For further information please contact the college.
  • A registration fee of £250 is payable to Norland College when a place has been offered (this applies to all courses). The registration fee is non-refundable but will confirm your acceptance and secure your place.
  • Please click here for information regarding additional costs including uniform etc.
  • Fees are subject to an annual review by the Board of Directors for implementation each September.
