To make a complaint about a member of staff at Norland

Our aim is to try to provide a high quality service at all times. However, we accept that sometimes things go wrong.

We take all complaints very seriously. They provide us with valuable feedback to enable us to improve in all areas of our work.

To make a complaint about a member of Norland staff, please email the PA to the Principal Soo Rusher at soo@norland.co.uk detailing who the complaint is against, details of the complaint and any evidence (if applicable). Please provide as much detail as possible to enable a full investigation to take place. Please click here for our Complaints Procedure in this regard.
