Norland College is housed in an elegant Grade II listed Georgian Villa which was originally owned by the Duke of York, son of George III.

The college Learning Resource Centre has an extensive library with a focus on childcare. The students' computer suite is also situated in this area. In the main lecture rooms there are interactive white boards which create a dynamic learning environment.

The Student Support Centre is an additional facility for students who may need extra support with their studies.

The college vaults have been converted into a light and airy practical teaching space with one area set up to show examples of children's nursery equipment, an outside door leading to the college's tranquil garden allows for a flexible use of space.

The impressive conference room is at the heart of the college and is used for lectures, conferences and other events. It is also home to the college's archives.
