Would you like to share your experiences as an Early Years Practitioner to help support current students and the Newly Qualified Nannies (NQNs) with their practice? If so, this post may just be for you. 

We are looking to appoint an NQN Consultant to provide support and guidance to the NQNs in their family placement year. This post involves preparing students for their NQN year and future employment through lectures and other activities, liaising with employers (families), placing the NQNs in suitable family settings, supporting NQNs and families through the NQN year and visiting NQNs for assessment purposes. 

Ideally we are looking for someone who has a degree, although an exception may be made for the right candidate as long as you commit to undertaking additional study. You will have a strong CPD record and have extensive post qualifying experience of working with babies, young children and families. Your knowledge of Early Years issues and practices must be current. Strong administrative skills are also an essential requirement for the role.
